What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process, including:
Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking and referrals Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals Developing relationships with businesses and advising them on their hiring needs Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process Negotiating offers and helping clients secure the best talent Building your own market, client base and reputation as your experience grows
