You will focus on Security Engineering, Machine Learning and AI Infrastructure, identifying highly sought after technical talent for clients across the US and globally. The role • Research specialist technology markets and map talent within them • Find and approach candidates through proactive telephone outreach and other channels • Build relationships with technical professionals and understand their experience and ambitions • Support recruitment projects across the global hedge fund market • Develop the expertise to take increasing ownership of searches and candidate relationships About you • A curious, proactive graduate or an experienced recruiter looking for a specialist market • Confident speaking to new people and building rapport quickly • Organised, resilient and eager to learn • Interested in technology and motivated by a commercial, relationship focused career • Comfortable making calls late into the evening to reach candidates in the US Evening calling is an essential part of this role, so you must be happy working around US market hours
