With multiple offices across the UK and internationally, they combine deep sector expertise with data-driven insight to support client hiring strategy and expansion.

The client is recruiting a Research Associate to support research, market intelligence and AI-driven projects across the executive search firm. The successful candidate will be analytical, organised and naturally curious; someone who enjoys working with information, spotting patterns and building insight while supporting the search and business development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market mapping and leadership intelligence research across consumer goods and related sectors
  • Support data-led decision making for senior hiring and talent strategy projects
  • Work with data and information to identify patterns and build client insight
