Your Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships with existing ones
- Candidate sourcing via headhunting, job boards, advertising, and networking
- Conducting interviews and presenting a shortlist of candidates to clients
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Offering insights on industry trends and consulting with clients and candidates
- Negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for your candidates
- Keeping your network engaged and following up on leads

- A recent graduate with some sales experience or someone with 6+ months of commercial experience
