Trainee Recruitment Consultant | SaaS Recruitment | Epsom
I am hiring for my client, a global GTM tech recruitment leader with more than 25 years in the market. They connect sales, marketing, solutions engineering and customer success talent with fast growth SaaS and technology vendors across the UK, Europe and the US. They have delivered more than 20,000 hires and have helped scale category leaders in AI, data, fintech and cybersecurity. You will learn a proven playbook from day one and work on real roles from your first week.
What you will do
- Learn the full recruitment cycle across GTM roles
- Map target markets and keep the CRM and talent pools clean
- Headhunt top sales and GTM candidates and build shortlists
- Speak daily with candidates and hiring managers and support offers through to placement

- Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel and basic CRM use
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to Epsom
