What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll receive structured training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals through Linked In, networking and referrals
  • Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills, motivations and career goals
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement
  • Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies
  • Negotiating offers and helping both parties achieve the best possible outcome
  • Developing your own network of clients and candidates, building long-term professional relationships
