Senior Recruitment Consultant – Scale Up Business with Purpose & Big Plans!
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: Competitive + monthly commission

My client is a growing, ambitious recruitment business with big plans. They’ve seen consistent year-on-year growth (52%, 17%, 11%) and are on track for another strong year. The Role
They’re looking for a 360 Recruiter to join as a Senior Consultant, take ownership of their market, and help push the business forward. This is not a KPI-heavy, micromanaged environment – it’s a role where you’ll have the freedom and support to do recruitment properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your own client base – develop relationships that last.
