What You’ll Do:

As a Principal Executive Search Delivery Consultant, you’ll:

  1. Lead & Deliver : Take charge of end-to-end Partner-level search projects globally, ensuring outstanding results.
  2. Inspire Your Team : Manage and motivate a small, high-performing team (1 consultant + 3 researchers).
  3. Engage Clients : Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and adding strategic value.
  4. Source Top Talent : Use innovative headhunting techniques to identify exceptional leaders across markets.
  5. Drive Success : Deliver exceptional outcomes while contributing to our growth and achieving measurable targets.
