The role
You will work alongside experienced recruiters to identify and engage exceptional talent for some of the world's leading businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching markets and identifying high calibre candidates
- Speaking with professionals to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building long term relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting senior consultants on retained and contingent assignments
- Learning business development and how to win new client relationships
About you
We're looking for graduates who are:
- Educated to degree level, ideally achieving a 2:1 or above
- Bright, ambitious and commercially minded
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Resilient, proactive and motivated by success
- Naturally curious with an interest in business
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or other people focused roles is advantageous but not essential.
