This position sits in the delivery team. You will be performing a recruitment position in a 180-degree capacity mainly focusing on the candidate search and the management of the candidate through the process. You will also provide lead generation to the 360 team.
Responsibilities
Sourcing via various methods including headhunting
CRM usage
Is learning compliance and right-to-work processes
Working to understand the market
Understand umbrella solutions
Set up contractors
Market presentation quarterly to management
Promotion Criteria
1 deal per month for 3 consecutive months
Able to do the tasks of a delivery consultant independently showing lots of
autonomy and confidence
Demonstrate readiness at review to carry out tasks of a Senior Delivery
Consultant
Ability to detect market intel and generate leads from candidates
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Investment Funds market
Tracking well against annual targets
