You have:

A little note about experience and qualifications… If you’re an exceptional candidate, we won’t hold a lack of experience against you. But experience in executive search, financial sector or sales wouldn’t be a bad thing. We’re looking for a candidate with a good bachelor’s degree.
What to Expect: Your Day with Us
You’ll be finding the very best candidates and reaching out to them over the phone, before screening and interviewing them to make sure they’re suitable. Building and maintaining long term relationships with the best candidates in the relevant industries is your main focus:
- Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies
- Growing our network by compiling contact lists from database and internet searches
- Managing the logistics and admin of assignments
- You’ll also be database inputting and information gathering (which is where that attention to detail comes in!).
