The Role

As a Recruitment Research Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying top‑tier candidates, engaging with them over the phone, and assessing their suitability for exciting opportunities in the private equity, venture capital, and alternative asset investment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Map candidate pools and source top talent from leading firms.
• Expand the network by conducting database and internet research.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑calibre professionals.
• Manage the logistics and administration of recruitment assignments.
• Ensure accurate database input and meticulous information management.

Experience and Background

We value potential as much as experience. While a background in executive search, financial services, or sales is beneficial, we’re more interested in your ambition, intellect, and ability to learn. A strong academic background (a bachelor’s degree preferred) will give you an edge.
