We are an international recruitment firm for the private capital sector with nine locations on three continents.
We work with private capital funds across a range of strategies from venture through growth, buyouts, restructuring, private debt, infrastructure and family offices as well as their portfolio firms.
To support our teams in Frankfurt and Munich we are looking for a Candidate Resourcer.

Expect: Your Day with Us You’ll be finding the very best candidates and reaching out to them over the phone, before screening and interviewing them to make sure they’re suitable.
Building and maintaining long term relationships with the best candidates in the relevant industries is your main focus: Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies Growing our network by compiling contact lists from database and internet searches Managing the logistics and admin of assignments You’ll also be database inputting and information gathering (which is where that attention to detail comes in!).
