You have:

If you’re an exceptional candidate, we won’t hold a lack of experience against you. But experience in executive search, financial sector or sales wouldn’t be a bad thing.

You’ll be finding the very best candidates and reaching out to them over the phone, before screening and interviewing them to make sure they’re suitable.
Building and maintaining long term relationships with the best candidates in the relevant industries is your main focus:
Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies
Growing our network by compiling contact lists from database and internet searches
Managing the logistics and admin of assignments
You’ll also be database inputting and information gathering (which is where that attention to detail comes in!).
