Our client, a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, is seeking a talented entry-level Researcher/Associate to join their London-based team. Essential Requirements
- Native-level French fluency is mandatory.
- UK work authorization is preferred – candidates should ideally have the right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
The Role
The successful candidate will support search mandates for major French corporates and leading private equity/infrastructure investors. The role involves identifying, assessing, and engaging senior executives and strategic talent for global placements: 70% EMEA, 20–25% North America, with remaining coverage in South America and APAC. Exposure to C-level and strategic hiring projects across a range of sectors.
