A specialist executive search and talent intelligence business is looking to hire a Data & Insight Associate to support research, market intelligence and AI-driven projects across the firm. This is not a sales role. Instead, this will suit somebody who is naturally analytical, organised and curious. Somebody who enjoys research, spotting patterns, building insight and working with information properly.
The business partners with global consumer and professional services organisations on senior hiring and talent strategy projects. A lot of the work sits around market mapping, leadership intelligence and data-led decision making. They are particularly interested in graduates who are curious about:
