A leading global legal executive search firm is hiring a Knowledge Manager to support its Law Firm practice across EMEA and APAC, based in London. This role sits at the heart of the firm's global Knowledge Management and Research function. You will work closely with senior recruiters and partners, shaping search strategy, building market intelligence, and supporting high-value client work across international legal markets.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and delivering market intelligence on global law firms, including lateral moves, compensation data, and hiring trends.
- Building proactive research strategies for partner and associate level search mandates.
- Creating market maps, target firm lists, and candidate intelligence for live searches.
- Acting as a central knowledge hub for the Law Firm practice.
- Ensuring all data and intelligence is accurately captured and maintained within Bullhorn.
- Using a range of research tools, databases, legal press, and proprietary data to generate insight.
- Supporting client pitches with high-quality data and analysis.
- Attending practice group meetings and collaborating closely with recruiters across regions.
