What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process, including:
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Developing relationships with businesses and advising them on their hiring needs
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process
- Negotiating offers and helping clients secure the best talent
- Building your own market, client base and reputation as your experience grows
This is a career where no two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, problem solving and commercial thinking while working towards clear personal and financial goals.
