We are seeking an Entry-Level Executive Search Associate to join our team and work alongside senior consultants to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional candidates for C-suite and senior leadership roles within the tech industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent and trends in the tech sector
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Assist in developing and presenting client proposals, candidate profiles, and market insights
  • Support the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports
  • Build relationships with high-level professionals and clients within the tech industry
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and advancements in technology

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (or up to 3 years of work experience)
  • Strong interest in the tech industry and executive search/recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and produce clear reports
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not essential
