What are we looking for?
We\’re looking for a skilled, committed designer who brings creativity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to the team. You’ll need Experience at senior or mid-senior level in graphic design, with a strong, varied portfolio. Proficiency in Figma or similar design software. A strategic, proactive approach to branding and visual storytelling. Ability to produce polished, professional graphics for both digital and print use. Confidence in turning around high-quality designs at short notice when needed. Experience collaborating with wider content and social media teams. Ideally, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop). Ideally, experience creating design content related to football or sports. Strong team-working and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of quality control in your work. A commitment to Fair Game’s values and our vision for a better future for football. What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Volunteer Senior Graphic Designer to lead Fair Game’s creative output and bring our mission to life visually. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand identity and producing compelling design work across digital and print. You will Lead the development of Fair Game’s design strategy and creative standards. Build and manage a small team of volunteer designers. Oversee and deliver engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, and publications. Work on bespoke projects from brief through to final delivery. Create both digital and print-ready assets to support marketing, awareness, and fundraising. Manage the design request workflow and assign tasks accordingly. Set up and maintain an image and asset library for use across the organisation. You’ll work closely with The Social Media Manager, Head of Brand, Director of Communications, and CEO. This role has room for flexibility. If you bring specific strengths or ideas, animation, data design, or branding, there’s space to shape the role and contribute in a way that reflects your skills and creative passion.
