What we are Looking For
We\’re thrilled to share that Fair Game has experienced incredible growth recently, and we\’re on the brink of making a significant impact. As a volunteer-driven initiative, we\’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual that can strengthen and build our network.
We want to work with like-minded organisations in the football sector to build a fairer future for football and this role is central to delivering that vision.
This volunteer position is a fantastic chance for someone keen on gaining insights into the football industry and expanding their connections, setting the stage for options in sports management or governance. Main Responsibilities
The primary aim of the role will be to develop a plan on what steps are required and what resources are needed (given that we are volunteer-run organisation) to ensure that we have a robust stakeholder engagement strategy in place that delivers our organisational objectives. This may include exploring what steps are needed to complete some of these tasks:
- Complete a comprehensive stakeholder mapping exercise
- Develop a process that will ensure our stakeholders are fully involved and engaged
- Design an outreach process to help engage new stakeholders
- Build a plan to ensure internal communication is clear and robust
- Design an ideal Fair Game engagement team structure
- Explore the concept of the “Fair Game umbrella” model for like-minded organisations
- Ensuring a robust monitoring, evaluation and learning process is in place
Short-term targets
- Identifying potential organisations to take part in the Fair Game Conference workshops
- Creating a database of potential stakeholders
