Ben jij klaar voor een baan die nét even anders is? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC‑gestuurde houtbewerkingsmachines. Je denkt na over het optimaliseren van bestaande producten en beoordeelt kwaliteit en controleert je eigen gemaakte programma’s en producten en corrigeert indien nodig.
Op deze afdeling hebben we een 36‑urige werkweek met 4 werkdagen van 9 uur. Geen ervaring, geen opleiding, maar wil je wel operator worden? Ook dan ben je van harte welkom!
Jij brengt mee:
- Mbo3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Machinaal Houtbewerker of soortgelijke richting.
- Ervaring met CNC‑gestuurde houtbewerkingsmachines.
- Basis CNC‑programmeerkennis.
- Technische vaardigheden en ruimtelijk inzicht.
- Goede vak- en materiaalkennis.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Goed kunnen lezen en begrijpen van werkopdrachten en instructies.
- Nauwkeurig, kritisch en flexibel.
- Bereid om in ploegendienst te werken.
Dat is uniek: heel veel vrije dagen. Een juiste balans tussen werk en privé is voor ons belangrijk. In onze productie heeft iedereen een vierdaagse werkweek. Hoe fijn is dat!
Persoonlijke bonus bij winst: Onze vaste medewerkers krijgen een bonus eenmaal per jaar bovenop het uitstekende vaste maandsalaris, als er winst wordt gemaakt. Zo hebben we dit al decennialang.
Een wel heel erg platte organisatie: Vepa is een informele, familiebedrijf met korte lijnen. We laten medewerkers mee beslissen bij de aanschaf van nieuwe CNC‑machines en kunnen kleine storingen zelf repareren. Er wordt veel verwacht van de productiemedewerkers, maar we hebben een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en staan open voor initiatief.
