Als Allround CNC-operator werk je in onze moderne productieomgeving aan het maken en bewerken van hoogwaardige onderdelen en producten. Je bedient CNC-gestuurde machines, voert ombouwwerkzaamheden uit en zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een soepel productieproces.
In deze functie werk je aan verschillende stappen binnen het productieproces:
- Bedienen van CNC-robotfrees (contouren frezen en boren)
- Ombouwen van opspanmallen en gereedschappen
- Persen en afbakken van onze Hemp-producten (producten op basis van hennep-matten)
- Nabewerking zoals schuren, afwerken en oliën
- Productie van vlas-kolompoten via filament winding
- Montage, verpakken en logistieke werkzaamheden
- Schoonmaak en basisonderhoud van machines
Er is ruimte om door te groeien richting programmeren van robot en winding-installaties.
Wat vragen wij van jou?
- Mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek of productie
- Ervaring als operator of CNC-medewerker is een pré
- Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige werkwijze
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar ook goed samenwerken
- Bereidheid om verschillende machines en processen te leren
