Staffline Ireland are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on behalf of a Newry based client.
The Role: You will play a key role within the team, handling client queries, processing invoices using Sage accounting software, and supporting the business with general day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Process and record a large number of documents
- Answer phones and provide general admin support
- Use Sage to process invoices and cross reference invoices
- Maintain high standards of work within the department
Requirements:
- Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to take ownership of their duties and a willingness to grow and learn within their team and the company
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, these must include Mathematics and English Language
- Minimum 1 year previous experience with Sage accounting
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm
