Up to £12.77 per hour + free parking, canteen on site.

Confident and proficient Administrator required to provide technical support to the company. Undertaking tasks and duties associated with supplier assurance, raw material requirements and the labelling of products for market.

Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 5pm, 40 hours weekly.

Key Duties:
  • Maintain site quality standards to meet all required customer specifications and expectations.
  • Collect, log, and assess product shelf‑life samples.
  • Check visually at start, middle and end of life.
  • Maintain the shelf‑life assessment log.
  • Carry out weekly quality product review, log and report any quality issues.
  • Support management daily/weekly/monthly factory paperwork - filing & archiving.
  • Monitor key process check compliance against specifications or targets e.g. ingredients, weight, label, CCP (Metal detection), probe calibration.
  • Monitor production records to confirm correct ingredients and packaging traceability information.
  • Provide support (including process controls) to production and production queries as they arise.
  • Any other duties as required.

Experience of working within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Ability to demonstrate good manual dexterity.

A proficient level of both written and verbal English.

Evidence of effective communication skills.

PC literate in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail.

Evidence of good timekeeping and reliability.

Experienced in effective record keeping capability.

Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Applicants must be in reasonably good health and not suffer from any conditions that may prevent them from carrying out the tasks as required safely, or affect food hygiene regulations.
