The Role
We are recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a well-established organisation with a strong operational footprint across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in supporting valued clients, managing day-to-day service activity, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience.
You will be working in a fast-paced office environment, acting as a central point of contact for assigned accounts while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
- Handle incoming queries and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate service activity and meet agreed timelines
- Maintain accurate records by updating customer and operational information across internal systems
- Monitor account activity and highlight opportunities to improve service levels
