Temporary Administration Assistant required for Ballymena to cover approx for approx 3 months. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

THE ROLE

  • The role is varied and will provide administration support across the team in its day to day operational activities offering excellent customer experience.
  • Providing administrative support to a team of Metering/Metering Support Electricians.
  • Processing Electricity Supplier requests.
  • Managing Customer Standards Data Base.
  • Processing Internal work requests.
  • Engaging with Customers and dealing proactively with customer enquiries.
  • Dealing with Metering requests from Building & Electrical Contractors and local authorities.
  • Liaising with Internal Departments.
  • Updating and maintaining Spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with small and large-scale projects which may entail minimal extended working hours.
  • Input of Prepayment Metering Data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Minimum two years relevant experience preferably in a clerical / administrative role.
  • Developed IT Skills (including MS Office).
  • Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Current UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for use as required.
  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Previous experience of interacting and communicating directly with customers.
