On behalf of our client based in Antrim we are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator. This role is permanent Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (40hpw).

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing cold storage and re-charging haulage on Sage 200
  • Data management system for cold storage
  • Pallet Trace System for cold storage
  • Consult with other team members throughout the cold store
  • Manage customer accounts, load customer details, and terms
  • Send out terms and conditions to customers
  • Capture reports, intal
  • Adjust invoices for electricity surcharges
  • Collate cold store figures for managing director on a weekly basis
  • Banking
  • Answering telephones and dealing with shipping bookings as and when required
  • Order cleaning supplies
  • Order office supplies
  • Helping with catering for business meetings as and when required
  • Any other business as and when required

Qualifications

  • Previous Administration experience working in a busy office environment
