Salary: £24,796 - £25,989

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm)

Location: Belfast Road, Holywood

About the Role: We are currently seeking an organised and professional Administrator to join our client. You will provide efficient administrative support across the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting client-facing departments. This role involves booking clinical appointments using an electronic booking system and communicating with clients by phone and email, often in sensitive situations.

Please note this role is full time onsite office based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including correspondence, filing, scanning and record keeping
  • Book and coordinate clinical appointments and manage electronic diaries
  • Liaise with clients by telephone and email in a professional and sensitive manner
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and organise rooms, equipment and catering
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with GDPR and data protection policies
  • Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks, projects, surveys and events
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers across multiple departments
  • Provide flexible cover during periods of annual leave, sickness or increased service demand

MUST have valid CTC Clearance to be considered for this role.

  • Confidence using electronic systems and managing confidential information
