The Role
You will be a highly organised and detail-focused Accounts Administrator with at least two years' experience working in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Sage accounting software and proven experience processing invoices, with a solid background in purchase ledger management, along with a good knowledge of production, logistics and finance.
Responsibilities
- Record and update client products and landing data
- Manage catch and health certificates
- Update product prices and stock movements
- Prepare pick lists for production and containers
- Arrange transport for deliveries and collections
- Handle purchase ledger, invoices, and payments
- Process month-end journals and wage recharges
- Answer phones and provide general admin support
Previous experience in administration and accounts
- Experience with Sage Accounting
- Proven track record of accurately processing, checking, and reconciling invoices in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident with data entry and computer systems
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with EFACS, Power BI, or purchase ledger is desirable but not essential
Hours of Work
Mon - Thurs 9am - 5pm, Fri 9am - 1pm
