Job Title: Export Pricing Manager

Job Purpose
As an Export Pricing Manager, you will support the Pricing Manager in making strategic decisions that help drive sales growth and increase revenue within the export marketplace. Working closely with the Export Aftermarket Sales and Pricing teams, you will analyse and optimise pricing matrices across multiple markets, identify optimal price points across our product ranges, and provide evidence-based recommendations that balance competitiveness, profitability, and price elasticity of demand.
Main Responsibilities
- Track and analyse competitor pricing and market positioning to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Set and maintain price lists by SKU, region, and customer segment.
- Monitor export cost drivers and update pricing models accordingly.
- Partner with the Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align pricing with product lifecycles, promotions, and volume targets.
- Conduct regular margin and profitability reviews by market, customer, and product category.
- Support negotiations with distributors and key accounts, including pricing terms, QIB incentives, bulk pricing, rebates, and discounts.
- Build and maintain pricing tools and dashboards.
- Distribute regular price files to Sales Representatives and customers.
- Support the long-term price unification strategy across key European regions.
- Provide pricing recommendations for new product launches and market entries in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Create and maintain a Daily Export Report covering key KPIs.
- Manage new price uploads for export customers.
- Review and approve Sales Representative requests for price changes.
Knowledge Required
- Familiarity with the Automotive Aftermarket (Desirable).
- Experience managing pricing matrices across multiple international markets simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automotive part numbering and OE cross-referencing (Desirable).
Skills Required
- Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large and complex data sets (Essential).
- Experience using ERP systems and pricing tools/software.
- A strong understanding of pricing, commercial performance, and profitability.
