Experience in fashion retail or a hospitality background is required for this position. Fahrenheit Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer / Security Host to work in Birmingham Bull Ring Shopping Centre.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have good personal presentation and be capable of working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- The role demands excellent communication, customer‑service and loss‑prevention skills.
Duties
- Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers.
- Deter and apprehend shoplifters as and when required.
- Provide basic customer service and engage with customers.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team and establish and maintain professional relationships.
Rate and Hours
£13.00 – £13.50 per hour, 9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday; 6½ hours on Sunday.
