Experience in fashion retail or a hospitality background is required for this position. Fahrenheit Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer / Security Host to work in Central London. The nearest tube stations are Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have good personal presentation and be capable of working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • The nature of this role demands the officer to be an excellent communicator utilising customer service and loss prevention skills.
  • The security officer's duties will include:
    • Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers.
    • Deter and apprehend shoplifters as and when required.
    • Provide basic customer service and be able to engage with customers.
    • Be capable of following health and safety procedures.
    • Work as part of a team and be able to establish and maintain professional relationships.

Rate and hours

£13.00 - £13.25 per hour and 8-9hrs per day is available (Days only).

  • Current Frontline DS SIA license.
  • Verifiable employment history to BS 7858.
