Come and lead the largest indigenous wholly owned public service digital company in Wales. Have you really got what it takes to lead at pace for four Councils who are hungry to be at the forefront of data, digital and technological exploitation? You will inherit a mature platform, a capable leadership team and over 250 specialists. We have already unified disparate teams into “one SRS” with a shared purpose, while respecting the perspectives and needs of every partner and colleague.
The Shared Resource Service (SRS) is a unique and successful collaboration that provides technology services to the public sector across South Wales. Established in 2010, SRS has evolved into a dynamic and modern shared service, continually adapting to meet the changing needs and rising expectations of our communities and stakeholders. SRS partners include the County Councils of Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen, as well as other organisations.
The SRS Strategic Board has set a challenge to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience and satisfaction, and continue to generate efficiencies which support our client group. Building on our impressive achievements to date, our new Chief Operating Officer will drive SRS’s culture and strategy to achieve this ambitious vision.
