Faerfield Limited is seeking a senior operations leader for two Welsh boroughs to drive neighbourhood improvements across streetscene, litter, cleansing, parks and cemeteries.

You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team and work closely with residents and elected members to deliver tangible outcomes.

The role requires proven leadership, budget stewardship (£6.2m) and a track record of service improvement and performance management across complex portfolios.
