Fadini UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based sales role covering a territory south of the midlands, so the candidate must live in a location within the territory. The successful candidate will be selling our range of automatic gates, barriers, and rising bollards to a loyal and expanding network of trade installers.

About the Role:

  • Identify, contact and visit potential and existing installer customers across the region
  • Present and promote our range of high-quality automation products (including swing and sliding gate kits, rising bollards, and traffic barriers)
  • Develop long-term relationships with installers, offering support, training, and solutions that build trust and encourage repeat business
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and regional events to promote the Fadini brand
  • Work closely with the internal team to follow up leads and manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales ability – ideally in a technical or trade-based environment
  • Experience in the gate automation, security, electrical or construction industries is a definite advantage but not essential – full product training will be provided
  • Self-motivated, organised and proactive with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
  • Full UK driving licence
