Fadini UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based sales role covering a territory south of the midlands, so the candidate must live in a location within the territory. The successful candidate will be selling our range of automatic gates, barriers, and rising bollards to a loyal and expanding network of trade installers.
About the Role:
- Identify, contact and visit potential and existing installer customers across the region
- Present and promote our range of high-quality automation products (including swing and sliding gate kits, rising bollards, and traffic barriers)
- Develop long-term relationships with installers, offering support, training, and solutions that build trust and encourage repeat business
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and regional events to promote the Fadini brand
- Work closely with the internal team to follow up leads and manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales ability – ideally in a technical or trade-based environment
- Experience in the gate automation, security, electrical or construction industries is a definite advantage but not essential – full product training will be provided
- Self-motivated, organised and proactive with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
- Full UK driving licence
