Fades Hair Studio & Training Academy is looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive Business Development & Operations Coordinator to join our expanding business. Working directly with the Director, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running and future growth of our barbershop and training academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Manage HR administration and employee records
  • Recruit barbers, apprentices, and staff
  • Contact schools, colleges, and training providers to build partnerships and recruit students
  • Arrange interviews, meetings, and appointments
  • Respond to phone, email, and social media enquiries
  • Manage bookings and customer communications
  • Support payroll administration and compliance paperwork
  • Organise academy documentation and student records
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Assist with marketing and business development
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organisations
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Director

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, professional and confident
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment, operations or customer service is preferred
  • Social media and marketing experience is an advantage
