We are seeking a highly experienced Global Delivery Lead to drive the expansion and excellence of our Professional Services Delivery organization across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in expanding delivery organizations, particularly within the Professional Services domain, alongside deep expertise in Insurance Software, Business Transformation, and large-scale program execution.

Establish and optimize regional delivery hubs, ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs. Collaborate with leadership to define scalable delivery models that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Delivery Excellence & Execution

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives. Drive best practices in delivery governance, program management, and risk mitigation. Ensure seamless implementation and integration of insurance software solutions, maximizing business value for clients. Monitor and enhance KPIs related to project success, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

  • Client Engagement & Business Transformation

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between our solutions and their business transformation goals. Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to shape delivery roadmaps and drive strategic initiatives. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams across multiple regions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the delivery organization. Ensure alignment between Professional Services, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to drive seamless client experiences.

10+ years of experience in Professional Services Delivery, with a strong focus on expanding delivery organizations across multiple regions. Deep expertise in Insurance Software and Business Transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex implementation programs. Strong leadership experience in scaling and optimizing delivery teams in a global environment. Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployments, preferably in insurance technology or financial services. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives. Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.), governance, and risk management frameworks. Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements in delivery organizations. Familiarity with core insurance systems (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, etc.) and their implementation challenges. MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, ITIL, etc.)
