We are seeking a highly experienced Global Delivery Lead to drive the expansion and excellence of our Professional Services Delivery organization across multiple regions. This role is pivotal in scaling our delivery operations, ensuring consistent execution across geographies, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in expanding delivery organizations, particularly within the Professional Services domain, alongside deep expertise in Insurance Software, Business Transformation, and large-scale program execution.

10+ years of experience in Professional Services Delivery, with a strong focus on expanding delivery organizations across multiple regions.
Deep expertise in Insurance Software and Business Transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex implementation programs.
Strong leadership experience in scaling and optimizing delivery teams in a global environment.
Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployments, preferably in insurance technology or financial services.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives.
Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.), governance, and risk management frameworks.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements in delivery organizations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in expanding Professional Services operations in Europe, APAC, or LATAM.
Familiarity with core insurance systems (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, etc.) and their implementation challenges.
MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
