Model Booker – Full-time
Candidates must be able to work at our Manchester City Centre HQ
The salary range for the role is £24,000 – £28,000 DOE.
Experience required: Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working as Booker within a talent agency or in a similar role.

Responsibilities
– Communicate effectively with models, clients, and co-agencies to understand their needs and preferences.
– Coordinate and schedule model bookings for various assignments, including photo shoots, runway shows, and promotional events.
– Maintain a comprehensive database of models, including portfolios, availability, and contractual information.
– Collaborate with clients and creative teams to ensure that models selected align with the specific project requirements.
– Outreach to new and existing clients to build a regular and consistent client base.
– Stay informed about industry trends, casting requirements, and emerging talent.
– Negotiate contracts and rates with models and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
– Handle logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodation, and scheduling for models.
– Manage and update scheduling software and databases to track bookings and availability accurately.
