As a Senior Manager in our National Security and Safety team, you will act as a pivotal commercial and delivery lead, driving high-stakes AI transformation for the UK's most critical government partners. You will be a strategic architect, building deep networks of influence and solving complex safety challenges by bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and operational mission needs. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will exceed ambitious growth targets while mentoring multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project delivers meaningful, long-term value in a fast-evolving national security landscape.
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data science projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet rigorous operational and ethical standards.
- Nurturing strong, trusting relationships with government partners and technical stakeholders to act as a reliable advisor on AI implementation.
- Developing compelling proposals and responding to RFPs to unlock new strategic AI use cases within the national security sector.
