What you’ll be doing
- Leading complex AI transformation programmes for major banking clients, from strategy formation to AI software delivery.
- Building trusted, long‑term relationships with C‑suite banking leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on how AI can drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and deepen customer loyalty.
- Generating sales and revenue for Faculty by shaping software design, compelling commercial pitches, and exciting demos that convey Faculty’s technical depth and delivery excellence.
- Elevating Faculty’s industry profile by articulating differentiated banking propositions and points of view through the media and in industry forums.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of high‑quality client work across the sector by guiding multidisciplinary teams, maintaining executive confidence, and helping teams navigate ambiguity, pace, and complexity.
- Mentoring and developing colleagues through line management, helping to replicate and reinforce Faculty’s Principles and collegial culture.
