Why Faculty? We established Faculty in 2014 because we thought that AI would be the most important technology of our time. Since then, we’ve worked with over 350 global customers to transform their performance through human-centric AI. We don’t chase hype cycles. We innovate, build and deploy responsible AI which moves the needle - and we know a thing or two about doing it well. Our business, and reputation, is growing fast and we’re always on the lookout for individuals who share our intellectual curiosity and desire to build a positive legacy through technology.

About the role: You will design the end-to-end learning experience behind our flagship Fellowship as it scales across new regions and cohorts as the Learning and Development Manager. Working closely with the Fellowship team, reporting into our Head of Talent Development, you will shape everything from core curriculum and mentor tools to building our train-the-trainer model and secondment pipeline. You will lead the transition to modular, scalable learning architecture, track high-impact outcomes, and take on emerging capability projects. This is an exciting opportunity to build sustainable, high-impact learning systems that directly empower top talent and drive Faculty’s growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and evolving the Fellowship learning experience, refining the 8-week structure through data, feedback, and iterative pacing changes.
  • Building scalable learning architectures and modular content that seamlessly flex across regional tracks, client requirements, and future offerings.
  • Partnering directly with SMEs, facilitators, and ops coordinators to translate performance gaps into targeted learning pathways.
  • Establishing train-the-trainer curricula and delivery calibration standards to ensure consistent, high-quality facilitation across all cohorts.
  • Collaborate with Ops, BU Leads and People partners to ensure smooth secondments of staff to deliver fellowship program and minimise disruption to delivery teams.
  • Creating continuous improvement loops and reporting rhythms to evaluate fellow progression, mentor impact, and overall programme quality.
  • Scoping and delivering broader, non-Fellowship capability projects as strategic priorities emerge across the business.

Who we're looking for: You bring proven experience designing, piloting, and scaling structured learning programmes for technical or early-career talent in fast-growth environments. You understand global learning dynamics, including how cultural nuances impact facilitators, mentors, and learners across international markets. You possess modern instructional design skills, with hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted authoring tools or LXP creator platforms. You have a track record of building train-the-trainer models and setting robust delivery standards that maintain quality across multiple locations. You are experienced in secondment or mobility design, successfully navigating backfill strategies, incentive structures, and stakeholder buy-in. You thrive in ambiguous environments, comfortably managing cross-functional relationships, analyzing feedback loops, and taking ownership of emerging priorities.
