You’ll lead on communicating these solutions to the customer through presentations and demos, and will gather customer feedback to influence future proposals and product roadmaps. At a Lead level, we will look to you to feed into our wider technology strategy, designing solutions for scalability that go beyond specific point-problems.

- Ensuring successful technical handover to Frontier Delivery/Enablement teams
- Maintaining senior technical relationships with customer and partner teams
What we will look for
- Expertise in understanding customer challenges, breaking them down into clear technical requirements and articulating bespoke solutions
- Experience delivering technical product demonstrations, bringing the capabilities to life through storytelling, and acting as the SME bridge between sales and the capabilities of the product
- Accustomed to leading technical discussions with senior and exec-level customers
- Expertise in technical solution scoping, sourcing input from across internal Product and Delivery teams as required
- Ability to design solutions for safety, scalability and speed to value
- Experienced in ensuring technical solution quality and providing technical support/success management
- Foundation as a data scientist, software engineer or solutions engineer with significant experience designing and deploying AI systems
- Engaging, crisp, presentation and demonstration style
- Life Sciences/CPG industry experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
