The predicted salary is between 8838 - 9569 £ per year.
Actual Salary: £8,837.96 - £9,569.46 per annum (FTE: £26,141.85 - £28,305.58)
Permanent - Term Time Only
Hours of work: 13 hours per week over 2 days, Thursdays and Fridays in the first instance (although this may be flexible in the future)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Literacy Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hall Park Academy.
ResponsibilitiesThis rewarding role focuses on supporting students to develop strong reading skills. Working closely with the Assistant Head Teacher for Literacy, you will deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions, including phonics support, to help raise students' reading ages and confidence. You will liaise with teachers and parents, track progress, and act as a key worker for identified students. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about literacy, enjoys working closely with young people, and wants to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and attainment across the curriculum.
