Your Team's Impact: We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation portfolio modeling and rebalancing services. You will work with the team to deliver on the product roadmap, drive user research and validation, and align cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client and advisor experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the end-to-end product management of our next-generation portfolio modeling and rebalancing services, from requirements gathering through development, launch, and initial adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and continuous alignment between the FactSet suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders to define core features and prioritize user needs.
- Ensure the portfolio services support interoperability and future integration with other products.
- Gather user feedback and analytics to guide feature enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements.
- Assist with agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate creation of training materials and documentation to support successful onboarding and ongoing user adoption of the PMS.
- Communicate project updates and solicit feedback from cross-functional partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in finance, wealth management, or enterprise technology
- Understanding of wealth management user workflows, and portfolio analytics and portfolio management concepts (rebalancing, optimization, tax awareness)
- Proven experience in bringing a product from 0-1, including involvement in the initial development, launch, and iterative improvement stages is a plus
- Exposure to portfolio management software and understanding of the competitive landscape
- Strong interest in learning integration concepts and experience collaborating with technical partners
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and project updates clearly to senior stakeholders
- Experience conducting user or client research and converting feedback into actionable product enhancements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support product testing and reliability
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage projects with guidance

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The budgeted amount range for this position in New York City is $120,000 - $150,000.
