What You'll Do

  • As a Product Manager for Portfolio Vault, you will oversee the discovery, strategy, planning, and delivery of a core module within the FactSet Performance Solution (FPS).
  • Your focus will be on bringing enhancements to market for large-scale market adoption and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Portfolio Services, Professional Services, and Support Services.
  • This includes regularly interfacing with internal stakeholders and clients directly to scope enhancements, steer adoption and usage, and ensure implementation of product meets best practice.
  • Develop deep insight into market conditions, user personas, and the competitive landscape to guide impactful product decisions.
  • Validate and prioritize enhancements to Vault, employing a data-driven approach to measure product and financial success.
  • Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and appropriate product adoption in line with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Principal and Senior Product Managers to shape product strategy, business cases, KPIs, adoption, and retention goals.
  • Define product packaging and pricing with the Pricing team, and coordinate go-to-market activities with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement.
  • Lead agile release planning, communicate milestones, draft user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and partner with UX to build intuitive customer experiences.
  • Monitor product metrics and iterate rapidly to elevate value; troubleshoot escalations and continuously improve support processes to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate leadership by motivating teams to achieve outcomes, balancing encouragement with rigor to ensure consistent progress toward shared goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in financial technology or portfolio analytics.
  • Highly beneficial to have historical experience in sales engineering or implementation of performance systems within the industry, especially FactSet.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
  • Strong understanding of end-user role in wealth, asset management, and the broader financial industry landscape.
  • Proven capability in gathering requirements, synthesizing data, and translating market insights into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across technical, commercial, and client-facing teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and iterate with agility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver simultaneously on product, client, and business goals.

The budgeted salary range for this position in London is £52,500- £82,500. Please note: the salary range may differ in other locations.
