Role Overview: As a Content Manager - Corporate Actions at FactSet, you will play a pivotal role in integrating and maintaining ISO 15022/20022 messaging standards within our workflows, ensuring FactSet meets industry requirements and client expectations for data accuracy, coverage, compliance, and timeliness. Alongside ISO format integration, you will ensure high-quality, accurate corporate actions data reaches clients, develop and optimize workflows, and provide subject matter expertise for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integration, validation, and maintenance of ISO15022 & ISO20022-compliant corporate actions messaging, ensuring alignment with industry standards and seamless client integration while serving as FactSet’s subject matter expert and primary liaison for all related issues.
- Manage the Corporate Actions Master database to ensure comprehensive, timely, error-free, and up-to-date corporate actions records.
- Identify and onboard new markets, event types, and sources to broaden the scope and depth of corporate actions coverage.
- Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists, ensuring productivity and accuracy targets are met.
- Develop, document, and refine internal procedures and quality control standards for corporate actions content.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve complex data issues, liaising with engineering, product management, and client support teams as needed.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to internal or client inquiries regarding corporate actions content.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements through automation, tooling, or modified workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global corporate action event types, market best practices, and FactSet’s proprietary data models.
- Liaise with global offices, partners, and data sources to coordinate and optimize content coverage.
- Participate in training, onboarding, and knowledge management initiatives for team members.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in financial data operations or content management, with substantial experience in corporate actions.
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 corporate actions messaging protocols are required.
- Deep knowledge of global corporate action events and their market/regulatory impacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.
- Proven stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to drive change and influence at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; expertise in SQL, XML, SWIFT formats, and data automation tools a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with FactSet or comparable financial data/platform providers.
- Familiarity with other industry ISO standards.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and their application in financial data management.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CAIA).

The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Connecticut $96K- $120K. Please note: the salary range may differ in other locations or countries.
