Job Description: This post is a fixed term maternity leave cover for the role of Corporate Responsibility (CR) Manager EMEA & APAC as part of the CR Team covering a period of 12 months from 2nd March 2026. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join a company known for its caring culture, can-do attitude, and focus on providing the best service to our clients. The post is responsible for sustaining a strategic volunteering, grant making and match giving Corporate Responsibility (CR) program for EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the Chief Inclusion Officer and Head of Corporate Responsibility, the postholder will work closely with the CR VP, Americas and CR Committees in each of our offices to support the growth of the CR program, manage the Corporate charitable giving regional budget, develop strategic partnerships with non-profits, and track key metrics for participation and impact. They will be responsible for the everyday operation of the CR program in the EMEA and APAC regions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead selection, funding, and partnerships with local charities; drive employee volunteerism in strategic alignment with the company’s FACTS values.
- Ensure CR initiatives meet compliance and governance standards in all locations; in India, support the CR VP to collaborate with the local CR staff and Compliance team, and convene CSR Board meetings as required.
- Execute FactSet Signature Program activations and global campaign engagement (Hunger Awareness, Read to Lead, and Be Well with Nature).
- Support global campaign strategy development.
- Foster strong relationships with senior leadership and local executives to promote employee engagement and buy-in.
- Manage a portfolio of Corporate Responsibility Committees across EMEA and APAC, ensuring their active involvement in program development and providing leadership for program execution that is both strategically aligned and locally relevant.
- In collaboration with the CR VP, manage annual budget allocations, monitoring expenditures and ensuring effective use of resources.
Team Management: This role may have direct reports within the Corporate Responsibility team, potentially based in locations such as India or Manila.
Grant Management: Lead the vetting, selection, funding, and relationship management of charity partners that facilitate employee volunteerism and align with our strategy. Monitor grantee performance against program and application KPIs. Ensure accurate reporting by charity partners and support production of aggregated reporting to stakeholders.
Operations and Communications: Oversee logistics, event planning, communication, and evaluation of volunteer initiatives. Support the production of impact reports and support data-driven decision-making through regional and global metrics tracking. Develop compelling internal and external communications to amplify CR program visibility and results.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years’ progressive experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or the non-profit sector.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate giving and volunteering landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Benevity, and/or Workday a plus.
- Demonstrable interest and prior work in one or more FactSet CR Pillars: Educate to Elevate, Alleviate Food Insecurity, Protect Our Environment, Disaster Response, and/or the Signature Program.
